Information Regarding Your Personal Data

Infinity Technology (“Company”) places the utmost importance on the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we process and store all kinds of personal data of individuals related to the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”). As the Data Controller, we process your personal data in the manner explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product, or commercial activity provided by our Company and may be collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, such as offices, branches, dealers, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, verbally, in writing, or electronically. Your personal data will be processed by our Company as long as you benefit from our products and services, and it will be created and updated accordingly.

In addition, when you use our Company’s services, visit our website, participate in training, seminars, or events organized by our Company, your personal data may be processed.

The collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL, including conducting necessary activities by our business units to provide you with our products and services, customizing the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals who have a business relationship with our Company (administrative operations related to communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of Company locations, evaluating business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) performance, compliance with legal obligations, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company, and executing our Company’s human resources policies.

2. To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data Processed May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, for conducting necessary activities by our business units to provide you with our products and services, customizing the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals who have a business relationship with our Company (administrative operations related to communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of Company locations, evaluating business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) performance, compliance with legal obligations, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company, and executing our Company’s human resources policies.

3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected through all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic media in accordance with the purposes stated above in line with our Company’s legal obligations to provide the products and services within the framework of the relevant legislation. Personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes mentioned in Articles (1) and (2) of this text, within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner as per Article 11 of the PDPL

As personal data owners, you have the right to submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to our Company through the methods specified in this Disclosure Text. Our Company will conclude the request within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, our Company will charge the fee specified in the tariff. In this context, personal data owners have the following rights:

  • Learning whether personal data is processed
  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they have been used appropriately for their purpose
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred
  • Whether domestically or abroad
  • Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing disappear
  • Despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL and other relevant laws, and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
  • You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data
  • In accordance with the PDPL and other relevant laws.

As per Article 13 of the PDPL, you can submit your requests regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in writing to our Company through the channels and methods explained below, in accordance with the PDPL. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not specified any method at this stage, you are required to submit your application in writing to our Company, as per the PDPL. In this context, the channels and methods for you to submit your application to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL are explained below.
